SMS Electric Co., Ltd. Zhengzhou is a hi-tech enterprise established in 1996, specializes in the research and development (R&D) and production of electric energy calibration meters and instrumentations. Our products include the energy meter test benches, reference standard energy meters, electric meter testing and measuring devices and PT (potential transformer) and CT (current transformer).

We have constructed the scientific development system of "Research one generation, develop one generation and produce one generation", with the "Digital Technology Application Research Center". We are bringing forth the new generation hi-tech products continually of "digital technology is the core", "To suit the customer's demand is the goal" makes us the leader in the same line over the past years. With the development for years, we have possessed 9 series of 100 variety products of reference electric energy meters and instrumentation with annual production capacity of USD17,200,000, which totals 23.% of the home market.

Our sales network covers worldwide market. Our products have been sold well abroad, such as Korea, Mongolia, Egypt, Indian, Turkey, Danmark, Australia and South-East Asian regions. There are more than 300 staff in our company, and 70% of them are university graduates (4 Drs.), and the average production per person ranks first in the field of meter testing and calibration.

As one of the draft-organizations of the "State Electric Energy Meter Testing Equipment Regulations", we are authorized" Hi-Tech Enterprise of Henan Province" and "Technology Center of Henan Province"by Science and Technology Council of Henan Province in 1999.
